I do want to send out a plea. I really, really want to buy myself a macbook to enable myself to do art while out-and-about, or while lazing on the couch, or to be able to bring it to school and work on my own time when the lab is full with a class. So please, please, if you are interested and can afford it, look at my commissions [link] I would LOVE to do a commission for you--fanart, original character, etc etc!

I think it is essential for me to be able to get a macbook while I am a student, because the discount is so helpful. (I'll also need the Adobe Suite for Mac, which requires money and the discount on that is almost necessary. The price is so outragoues.) Note me if you are interested I have one long commission I am working on that will last me a while but if I get another commission I can do it while I am working on the other one and get it done in between my breaks.




7.4.2009 I am going to be purging some of my gallery. I am thinking most of it will be school work that I don't care to keep in there, such as caricatures and my political cartoons, etc. I hate having too many images in my gallery, because when I look through people's galleries I hate sifting through 300+ images. So I like to keep my gallery fairly cleaned out of old work or work that isn't the best example of what I can do. Also, as I upload finished versions of works, I will be taking down the lineart I might have posted.

Art Trades Now Open

I am going to open up two art trade slots, for anyone that is interested. Basic information, I will draw your character or if you prefer fanart I can do that, all in return for you doing something for me. Whatever you want, I'm not picky, long as you know I like it. I have a long list of clubs and my original characters are in my gallery. My new temporary avatar is.. yes, none other than MEW! Thanks to darling *Aminako for allowing me to use it. Mew is my favorite Pokemon ever! Sometime in the near future I am going to create my own avatar, I just have to actually sit down and do it. I was tired of seeing the only angsty one, so I figured... hey, Mew would be great.

Also, I have been on a stamp collecting spree and those are now listed in my Inspirations journal, as well as in a little box for my profile page I will be making (NOT TO MENTION I created a few separate Collections for them). I love subscriptions!

My back was hurt recently, not sure how... I could barely move. But I am getting around better, and I was able to work on some of the gift art and commissions I currently have going. I will be unable to this weekend with Father's Day but if you are expecting something from me (even if it is just a deviation update!) expect to see it sometime next week. I will work hard to get a couple of things on my to-do list done.
