Commissions
Thank you for supporting me and my art! I appreciate it and hope that if you place a commission with me you will enjoy what I create especially for you! Please read everything below before you send me a note/email asking questions. If a question you have is not answered below, then please ask me so that I may assist you.

If you are interested in commissioning me, send me a note or an email. Once I recieve that, I will reply back with a contract agreement for you to read over and "sign." Also included will be a profile information sheet for you to fill out that will supply me with what I need to either accept or veto your commission. This sheet will also provide me with the information to completing your commission so be as detailed as possible if you are truly wanting a commission and not just a price quote.

Pricing + Examples
Traditional Media: this includes pencil, pen, colored pencils, and prismamarker. The use of watercolour or paint will be an extra $5+ added to the price due to the time they take and the expense of the materials. All commissions start with the availability of one character in the piece. If you wish to add more than one character it will be $10 for each addition.

CG Media: I have little skill with anything but Illustrator right now, so that is the only thing I can offer--vector-based images. However, I am every good at them (an example can be seen here [link] [link] ). I am also learning photoshop so if you would like to ask for a commission there, let me know and I will show you examples of what I can do so far. If you wish to add a second character to the image it will be an extra $15.

Detailed Sketch/Lineart - $25
-with background - $35

Detailed Lineart (Color) - $50

Prices are subject to increase if the commission request is extremely complicated. Otherwise, expect these prices. Also, if you want a bust shot in color, it is possible to obtain a lower price because that is not as complicated as a body shot, etc. However, I will not go below $10 on the less expensive pieces and I will not give more than $10 off on the more expensive pieces.

I will illustrate/sketch original characters, WoW characters, EQ characters, Gaia avatars, fanart, and just about anything you desire [etc]. If there is something you are not sure of, email me and ask. I will tell you if I can/will do it. I am okay with sexual tension, tasteful nudity, and violence/gore.

I will not do detailed nudity, pornography/sexually explicit scenes, or offensive material.

Payment:

All transactions will be either money order or Paypal. At least half payment (preferably all) is required up front, and when I have completed your order I will email you a high quality digital file of the image. If you wish to see a Work In Progress, I can certainly send you samples of the work, but once past the sketch stage I will not change anything done in traditional media. If it is CG media, I will accept up to two separate change requests.
When using Paypal, please include your deviantart name if you are requesting it through dA (or whatever username I would know you by depending on where you are requesting the commission from). I prefer not to use the USPS because of the fragility of the works. Not to mention I am lazy and don't want to package them. However, if you wish to have a print of the final image I can ship it to you.

Shipping costs will be a flat $15 fee, and I will only ship inside the United States.

Credit + Rights:

Artwork may be submitted to your deviantART account as long as credit is given and my signature remains on the artwork. If you are requesting my image for your website, a logo, or something else, email me and we will discuss it. I do not have the rights to the characters within the images, but I do retain the rights to the artwork itself and thus the right to show it in a portfolio online or otherwise. If it is a personal commission (perhaps as a gift) and you do not wish me to upload it onto deviantART, that is acceptable and fair, just let me know.

I will take on up to 5 commissions at a time. This is an ongoing thing, and when school begins in fall it will bump down to 3 at the most. Keep in mind, I do have a busy life outside of this, but I will get your order to you within a month for most cases.

Gift Art

RULES:
Yes Original Characters!
Yes Game Characters (WoW, EQ, Vanguard, City of Heroes, etc)
Yes tasteful Yaoi/Yuri.
Yes fanart (almost anything acceptable).
Yes blood & gore (different from senseless violence).
No sexuality explicit scenes.

No distasteful violence.
NO NARUTO!

I am currently not gifting out Gaia avatars as I have a shop open on GaiaOnline.com right now to get gold and items for my own account. Information for Gaia Commissions is below.

Send me a note if you would like something done. I will need links to references, photos, sketches, etc--anything that will help me draw your character or what you want. I will begin work as soon as possible and do what I hope you will find to be great gift art.

The gift art may be a sketch or in color. I might refrain from backgrounds depending on how complex it is or how much is going on in my life right now. (I can always do a textured background since I know how to do that now! Thank you =luniara!)

Commissions will have priority over gift art since that is a job instead of a free-time gift and I get money to help pay for school out of that. But I will work just as hard on gift art as I do on commissions.

I reserve the right to post the gift art on my gallery and website if I so choose it. I will credit you if the character is originally yours, but the artwork is mine. You will be able to post the image on your deviantART gallery as long as you leave the signature on the image and credit back to me.

Collaborations
I would be willing to do collaborations one at a time to anyone who is interested. Just send me a note and we can discuss what you would like to do, club members and anyone else allowed! One person can do lineart and the other can color it, or we could each create a character and merge them into one piece--anything that is fun! Fanart, original characters, it doesn't matter to me.

Rules:
This is for Gaia gold/cash/items only!
Avatars, fanart, original characters, RP characters accepted.
Blood & gore accepted. (Tasteful nudity, maybe.)
You must have a Gaia account for these commissions.
Nothing over PG-13.
No sexually explicit scenes or senseless violence.
No pornography.


Pricing is based off my time and effort. Pricing my increase due to complexity of the piece/avatar; likewise, pricing may decrease if your request is the essence of simplicity. Currency accepted: gold, items, Gaia cash. (Or in deviantART's case, you may pay me real monies.)



The media will most likely be done in traditional: colored pencils, markers, or a mixed media. No watercolor or paint may be requested. If you want vector-based I can do Adobe Illustrator, just add a flat +10k to the total price.



Here is the drill:
Copy/paste the order form into a note or PM, answer it fully. Do not leave it as a comment here.
I will message you back with a yes, possibly asking for more information, or a no and telling you why.
You will send me a trade with the correct amount agreed upon, and I begin work on the piece.
Once the art is created, I send it to you.
After I send the art to you, I will accept the payment trade.
