This is my first critique, but I will do my best. Also, I am only speaking of this single image, not the comic. I think the humanization of the wolves is very clever, using clothes and expressive eyes. The pectorial muscles on the Alpha wolf seem a bit much to me, but that might be a personal opinion. The image itself is very well rendered and I think your style works well with what you were doing. My only suggestion would be to find a different font for the title. That one really clashes with the image and font needs to accent the image, not detract from me. (Thank you typography class.)
